A simple philosophy that has been our guiding light since the first pizza was baked in the wood-fired oven at Örum is to do what we do best. We start with the dough – where the choice of flour is crucial – so we bake with a blend of flour from Lilla Harrie Valskvarn. Added to our sourdough are the best ingredients from Österlen and small food artisans in Italy. There aren’t many other ways to go if you want to make a good pizza.
The wood-fired baking oven is not very big – so it’s best to book a table.
