Our crisp bread

We started a small Swedish bakery in the Scottish capital in 2007. The rumour of cardamom buns and mazariner (almond cakes topped with icing) quickly spread among the student community in Edinburgh. But most popular of all was the crisp bread.

The bread has been produced in London for a number of years and retails in outlets ranging from Bedford Cheese in Williamsburg to Wholefoods, Selfridges, Waitrose and Fortnum & Mason as well as selected stores throughout Europe, including El Corte Inglés in Madrid.

Now we thougt it was time to introduce the crisp bread to Örum, well aware that it is not a local produduct. But it is simply very good…
