Age quod agis has been our simple motto since the first pizza came out of the wood-fired oven at Örum 119.
We hardly dare repeat the worn out adage that it’s all about the ingredients. There are no shortcuts to a great sourdough pizza – the secret is in the flour.
Maybe there is some rocket science involved after all.
We offer picnic baskets, salads made from locally grown produce, freshly made artisan ice cream from our gelateria Frusen Glädje and much more. Enjoy it in the café, the garden or the conservatory.
