Age quod agis has been our simple motto since the first pizza came out of the wood-fired oven at Örum 119.
We hardly dare repeat the worn out adage that it’s all about the ingredients. There are no shortcuts to a great sourdough pizza – the secret is in the flour.
Maybe there is some rocket science involved after all.
We open Österlen´s first Ice Cream Café.
Ice cream desserts & ice cream cakes made of ice cream from our own ice cream lab Frusen Glädje. We make all the ice cream in Örum – and we make it on organic milk from Österlen.
Enjoy in the café, the garden or the conservatory.
