The foundation of our ice cream is fresh, non-homogenized milk sourced from our friends Anna and Mikael in Smedstorp, just 15 minutes away. Every flavor is the result of careful craftsmanship, where the ingredient itself is always allowed to take center stage.

In Search of the Perfect Nut

Our journey began with a simple but ambitious question: How do you create the world’s most delicious nut ice cream? The answer was not found in industrial blends, but among the misty hazelnut groves of Piedmont and the rugged volcanic slopes surrounding Mount Etna.

A Passion for Craftsmanship

We believe in letting exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. That’s why we work directly with the family-owned Cascina Fontane in Alta Langa. Their patented roasting technique produces hazelnuts that are perfectly golden all the way to the core, resulting in a flavor that is deep, buttery, and entirely natural.

The Green Gold

When it comes to pistachios, we accept no compromises. We use only Pistacchio di Bronte DOP, often referred to as “green gold.” Harvested by hand every other year from Sicily’s mineral-rich volcanic soil, these pistachios offer an intensity of flavor and color that cannot be replicated.

For our chocolate, we proudly source from Österlenchoklad, one of Sweden’s most respected artisan chocolate makers.

After years of experimentation with recipes and ingredients, we have come to realize that the greatest difference lies in freshness. When ice cream is at its freshest, the texture is at its creamiest and the flavors are at their most vibrant.
