Selected for home and garden

We often get questions about where to buy the things we use at Örum 119 – that’s why we have now expanded the garden shop with products from the hotel and café.

You can now take home glassware, coffee cups, teapots, Japanese towels, ceramics and linen that we use throughout our business. Items made just for Örum119 are available too; choose from handmade ceramics created by Ingegerd Råman, pots from Whichford and coffee from Gringo. We supply work clothes we like to use ourselves and an extensive range of household, kitchen and garden products from Labour and Wait.

Our larder is stocked with products we make in the farm bakery, such as muesli, granola, jam and cookies. You’ll also find some of the ingredients we use in our ice cream workshop – Tahitian vanilla, Marcona almonds, hazelnuts from Piedmont, liquorice from Calabria and pistachio nuts from Sicily.

A cup with seven centuries of history

It takes five generations of craftsmanship and over 700 years of living tradition to create our new coffee cup.

In a unique collaboration, Swedish designer Kajsa Cramer has combined her timeless, Scandinavian design language with the rich craft tradition of Bat Trang, Vietnam. Since the 14th century, the village has been known worldwide for its unique white clay and skilled master potters.

Our cups are handmade by a family that has preserved and refined this cultural heritage for five generations. It is in the meeting between Kajsa’s organic design and the craftsman’s deft hands that the magic happens. Each cup bears its own subtle

variations and small imperfections – living proof of the craftsman’s touch in the making.

It is design that feels good in the hand and is created to enhance everyday moments. The cups are now available to experience at Örum 119.

“The very perfection of the products lies in their small imperfections – what makes each cup unique.

Getting to collaborate with skilled artisans in Vietnam and combining their ancient traditions with my Scandinavian design is incredibly enriching.”
