Our breakfast is a rustic celebration of the baker’s craft. Each morning, we serve freshly baked croissants, slow-fermented sourdough bread, and crisp breakfast rolls, all made with the same care and dedication as at our bakery in Malmö. Alongside them you’ll find homemade accompaniments including jams, our own granola, muesli, and porridge.
Find your favorite spot in the bright orangery, in the café, or among the greenery of the garden. A quiet morning moment, just as a summer morning in Österlen should taste.

We don’t believe in compromises. We believe in Swedish oats, slowly baked until they reach that perfect golden crispness that only true craftsmanship can achieve. We look for deep, nutty sweetness and generous crunchy clusters that make you reach for another spoonful. And then another.
The fact that Swedish oats happen to be among the finest in the world, packed with natural goodness and healthy fiber, is simply a welcome bonus. We bake our granola because we genuinely believe it is delicious.
