We believe that breakfast is one of the most memorable (if not the most memorable) things about a hotel stay. On Sundays a offer tantalizing breakfast menus that feature fruits and seasonal vegetables from our own kitchen garden as well as other local produce.

Relax a couple of hours in our dining room and enjoy a food journey across Österlen with, among other things, freshly baked bread from the stone oven at Olof Viktors, cheese from Vilhelmsdal, “filbunke” from Vitaby Dairy, fish from Kåseberga, charcuterie from Södra Kompaniet, and dessert from our very own ice cream works Frusen Glädje.

In other words, when you book your Sunday weekend with us, prepare to spend a great deal of time at the breakfast table.

Brunch is served on Sundays 14 April to 16 June and 25 August to 3 November between 08.30 and 12.00. Non-residents are welcome subject to availability (must be pre-booked on or +46 411 55 66 88). Price: SEK 375 per person.


Age quod agis has been our simple motto since the first pizza came out of the wood-fired oven at Örum 119.

We hardly dare repeat the worn out adage that it’s all about the ingredients. There are no shortcuts to a great sourdough pizza – the secret is in the flour.

Maybe there is some rocket science involved after all.
